Application Guide

Where to use it on site

  • RCC & structural work

Columns, beams, slabs and footings where high early strength matters.

  • Pre-cast & pre-stressed units

Sleepers, poles, pipes, hollow blocks and pavers needing fast mould turnover.

  • High-grade concrete

M25 and above, including designed mixes for bridges and industrial floors.

  • Not ideal for

Thin plaster and masonry mortar — high heat of hydration can cause shrinkage cracks. Use PPC or a lower grade there.

Storage & Handling

  • Store bags on a raised, dry platform at least 200 mm off the floor and 300 mm clear of external walls.
  • Stack no more than 10 bags high to avoid warehouse set (lump formation).
  • Use stock on a first-in, first-out basis — cement loses strength gradually once the bag is opened or stored beyond about 90 days.
  • Keep bags covered with tarpaulin during monsoon transit and unloading.
